Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject expertise in Theology and Philosophy.
  • Proven experience in teaching at a similar level or stage of education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching Theology and Philosophy in an independent or selective school setting.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to pastoral care and student support initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and take on leadership roles when appropriate.
