The Opportunity:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content that showcases the vibrant life of a school. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and wants to make a real impact through digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create short-form video, photography, reels, and graphics to promote the school’s brand.
- Manage and schedule social media content across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads.
- Capture and share content that highlights the daily life and achievements of the school community.
- Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, and the school’s website.
- Update website content using a CMS and support SEO best practices.
- Assist with paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic output.
- Track and analyze digital performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong video and photography skills with the ability to create high-quality content.
- Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut, Veed, or Adobe.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and creative with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred
- Experience in the education sector or working with schools.
- Familiarity with SEO strategies and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking.
