  • Work in partnership with the Assistant Principal (QE) to operationalise the Pupil Premium strategy.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify emerging needs such as SEMH or EBSA.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies for disadvantaged and Pupil Premium pupils.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external partners to ensure student aspirations are central to decision-making.
  • Inspire and lead a diverse team focused on supporting vulnerable learners.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven track record in outstanding inclusive classroom practice.
  • Experience in leading on SEND, Pupil Premium implementation, or inclusion at a whole-school level.
  • Deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice (2015) and Equality Act 2010.
  • Experience of Alternative Provision oversight or reintegration.
  • Strong knowledge of the Ofsted 2025 Framework regarding inclusion.
  • Ability to lead change and manage performance to achieve sustained improvement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and fostering a sense of belonging.

Preferred

  • Experience working effectively with parents and external agencies.
  • Familiarity with using qualitative and quantitative data to monitor impact.
  • Experience in co-production and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated alignment with the school’s values – Learn, Think, Contribute, Care.
  • Commitment to the school’s ethos and the “Pursuit of Excellence” for all learners.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional development and leadership growth.
  • Supportive and inclusive working environment.
