Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant science subject knowledge.
- Experience in teaching science at KS4 and KS5.
- Commitment to student-centred learning and inclusive teaching practices.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to departmental initiatives.
- Experience with Early Career Teacher support or induction processes.
- Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and resources.
- Experience in pastoral care or student support.
