Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of all IT systems and networks.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff and students.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and integrate new technologies.
  • Manage IT budgets and procurement processes.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of hardware and software.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in managing IT services within an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience with IT budgeting and procurement.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in spoken English.
