Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and research-informed lessons in Health & Social Care within the Social Sciences faculty.
- Develop and implement a subject specialist curriculum that aligns with the school’s vision and values.

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to teaching and learning.
- Support students through excellent pastoral care and by fostering a culture of high expectations and ambition.

- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and welfare policies, including appropriate checks and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Social Sciences, specifically Health & Social Care.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and research-informed teaching strategies.
- Commitment to the school’s values of Ambition, Opportunity, and Community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in spoken English.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching Health & Social Care at Key Stage 4 or equivalent.
- Experience with pastoral care and student support.
- Previous experience in a school with a similar ethos or values.
- Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school improvement practices.
