Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality drama lessons that cater to students of all ability levels.
- Plan and implement a curriculum that encourages creativity, performance, and critical thinking.

- Contribute to the school’s extra-curricular programme, including drama productions and events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the drama department’s overall offering.
- Participate in the school’s boarding programme and wider community activities.
- Provide pastoral care and guidance to students where appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in drama education.
- Ability to teach drama at least to GCSE level.
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
- Passion for drama and performance.
- Commitment to student progress and well-being.
Preferred
- Experience teaching A Level Drama.
- Background in both state and independent education sectors.
- Involvement in extra-curricular drama activities.
- Experience with boarding or pastoral care.
