Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback
  • Plan and prepare resources that support active and creative learning
  • Promote the school’s Christian values and ethos in daily teaching and interactions
  • Support the overall development of the school through participation in staff meetings and professional development

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and teaching methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to the values and ethos of a Church of England school
  • Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering creative and active learning strategies
  • Previous experience working in a Church of England school
  • Demonstrable success in raising student achievement and engagement
  • Experience with pastoral care and supporting student well-being
