Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback
- Plan and prepare resources that support active and creative learning
- Promote the school’s Christian values and ethos in daily teaching and interactions
- Support the overall development of the school through participation in staff meetings and professional development
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to the values and ethos of a Church of England school
- Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment
Preferred
- Experience in delivering creative and active learning strategies
- Previous experience working in a Church of England school
- Demonstrable success in raising student achievement and engagement
- Experience with pastoral care and supporting student well-being
