- Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to ensure a consistent approach to student learning and behavior.
- Stay up to date with educational research and developments to continually improve teaching practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a valid teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in primary education, preferably with ECTs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Experience in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.
Preferred
- Experience with innovative teaching approaches and technologies.
- Background in inclusive education or working with diverse student needs.
- Experience in leading or supporting extracurricular activities.
- Strong record of raising academic standards and student achievement.
