The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a theme-based, hands-on curriculum for early learners.
• Collaborate with Learning Enhancement Teachers to provide personalized support and deep subject knowledge.
• Foster meaningful relationships with students to ensure a successful learning trajectory.
• Guide students in academic achievement, personal responsibility, and intellectual growth.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay informed on the latest educational techniques.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative school community.
• Encourage child-initiated play that inspires a love of learning.
• Support the school’s mission of academic excellence and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in your subject area or in Early Childhood Education.
• At least two years of experience as a lead teacher in a classroom.
• Commitment to maintaining and enhancing the rigor of international education.
• Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work with colleagues globally.

Preferred

• Experience with bilingual education or teaching in international schools.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
• Background in curriculum development or early childhood pedagogy.
• Demonstrated ability to engage young learners through play-based learning.
