Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging ICT and computer science curricula for grades 1-9.
  • Integrate STEAM topics such as coding, 3D modeling, robotics, and multimedia into lessons.
  • Encourage students to think critically and apply technology to solve real-world challenges.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share innovative ideas.
  • Participate in professional development and stay current with the latest educational technologies and standards.
  • Support students in preparing for advanced courses and standardized assessments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience as a lead teacher in a classroom setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT and computer science fundamentals.
  • Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Background in Design/Technology teaching.
  • Familiarity with ISTE and CSTA standards.
  • Experience with programming languages, block-based coding, 3D modeling software, robotics, and multimedia tools.
  • Experience teaching students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
