Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a thematic, hands-on curriculum that promotes early childhood learning and development.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with each student to support their individual learning journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes through a co-teaching approach.
  • Guide students in developing academic skills, personal responsibility, and intellectual curiosity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience as a lead teacher in a kindergarten setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high academic standards and a rigorous educational environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting.

Preferred

  • Experience with bilingual education or teaching in an international school setting.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and curriculum design.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement engaging, hands-on learning activities.
