Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in English Language Arts or related field.
  • At least two years of experience as a lead teacher in a classroom.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high academic standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based teaching environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with co-teaching models or collaborative learning approaches.
  • Background in early childhood or elementary education.
  • Experience with curriculum development or interdisciplinary lesson planning.
