The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Early Years Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive school community. This role is central to delivering high-quality early education that fosters a love of learning and ensures outstanding progress for all students. The successful candidate will be part of a team dedicated to excellence in teaching and student achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver outstanding teaching and learning in line with the school's Teaching and Learning Policy.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that supports all students.
  • Identify and set clear learning objectives and targets based on prior attainment.
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of students with special educational needs, EAL, and gifted and talented learners.
  • Use performance data and key indicators to inform planning and improve teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Utilize ICT to enhance learning and support student progress.
  • Maintain discipline and encourage good behavior, punctuality, and standards of work.
  • Assess and record student progress systematically, ensuring consistent marking and target-setting.
  • Prepare and present informative reports to parents and support parent/student events.
  • Contribute to subject development by producing, reviewing, and updating curriculum plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as an Early Years Classroom Teacher in the English Curriculum.

Preferred

  • Experience working in more than one international school.
  • Proven success in teaching across a range of abilities.
  • Knowledge of current developments in education and child protection.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuing professional development.
