Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement play-based, inquiry-led learning experiences that support early childhood development.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Create joyful and purposeful learning environments that encourage curiosity and exploration.
• Collaborate with a supportive Early Years team to deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Promote well-being, inclusion, and safeguarding in all aspects of teaching and learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and coaching through ISP’s global network.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support student growth and achievement.
• Adapt and personalize learning to meet the diverse needs of all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education
• Early Years/ECE teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE
• Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching in an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of play-based and inquiry-led pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and international-mindedness

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
• Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme or international curricula
• Experience in a multicultural environment
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies for teaching and learning
