Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum of England.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and academic excellence.
• Support student progress through effective assessment and targeted intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching approaches and resources.
• Deliver specialist lessons in subjects such as Arabic, Islamic Studies, PE, and Music.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support student learning and well-being.
• Contribute to the school’s mission of celebrating diversity and building strong futures for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A good bachelor’s degree and PGCE qualification from a reputable UK university.
• Experience of teaching the English National Curriculum.
• Demonstrated knowledge of primary assessment and student progress.
• A positive, professional attitude with a strong commitment to teaching and learning.
• A team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the school’s success.

Preferred

• Experience with Talk 4 Writing and Read-Write-Inc programmes.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL).
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
• Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) with a strong desire to develop their career.
