Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the EYFS statutory framework.
• Support children’s development through continuous provision and individualized learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring outcomes are met and celebrated.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide a consistent and nurturing learning environment.
• Deliver specialist lessons in Arabic, PE, Music, and Library as part of the curriculum.
• Work closely with Learning Support Practitioners to ensure all students receive tailored support.
• Promote a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A good bachelor’s degree and PGCE qualification from a reputable UK university.
• Experience teaching the EYFS statutory framework through Continuous Provision.
• Secure understanding of assessment and EYFS outcomes.
• Strong commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, creativity, and energy in teaching.

Preferred

• Experience with Talk 4 Writing and Read-Write-Inc programmes.
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
• Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) with the potential to achieve Qualified Teacher Status.
