Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with early childhood development.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community.
• Design and deliver high-quality, inquiry-led curricula that promote curiosity, creativity, and independence.
• Create and maintain safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environments that encourage exploration and discovery.
• Collaborate with the Early Years team to share best practices and support continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress and development.
• Ensure the implementation of safeguarding, inclusion, and international-mindedness policies within the classroom.
• Participate in professional development opportunities provided through the school’s global network.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education
• Early Years/ECE teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE
• Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching in an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of play-based and inquiry-led pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
• Background in international school settings
• Familiarity with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)
• Experience in curriculum development and adaptation
