- Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Support the school’s safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
- Encourage creativity, independence, and a love of learning through play-based and structured activities.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s development and progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Early Years Teacher with relevant experience in early childhood education.
- Strong knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience working in a small class setting with a focus on individualised learning.

- Experience with curriculum design and early years pedagogy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
