The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of all children.
  • Work closely with colleagues to implement the school's established pedagogy and Trust-wide initiatives.
  • Plan and prepare resources to ensure a stimulating and challenging learning experience for all pupils.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and support staff to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to teaching and learning.
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with Early Years experience.
  • Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
  • Commitment to the school’s values and mission.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with Early Career Teacher development.
  • Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
  • Experience working in a multi-academy trust or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and child development.
