The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of all children.
- Work closely with colleagues to implement the school's established pedagogy and Trust-wide initiatives.
- Plan and prepare resources to ensure a stimulating and challenging learning experience for all pupils.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and support staff to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to teaching and learning.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with Early Years experience.
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
- Commitment to the school’s values and mission.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience with Early Career Teacher development.
- Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
- Experience working in a multi-academy trust or similar setting.
- Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and child development.
