Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement rigorous English Language Arts curricula aligned with school standards.

  • Guide students in developing strong writing, reading, and analytical skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience as a lead teacher in a classroom setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to academic rigor and student achievement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching English Language Arts at the middle school level.
  • Familiarity with advanced coursework and curriculum design.
  • Experience with bilingual or international education settings.
