Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement rigorous English Language Arts curricula aligned with school standards.
- Foster meaningful relationships with students to support their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary lessons that integrate literature, drama, and history.
- Guide students in developing strong writing, reading, and analytical skills.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
- At least two years of experience as a lead teacher in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to academic rigor and student achievement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
- Experience teaching English Language Arts at the middle school level.
- Familiarity with advanced coursework and curriculum design.
- Experience with bilingual or international education settings.
