Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A BEd or Bachelor's degree major in English or equivalent, or a PGCE with QTS.
• Proven experience in teaching English at a relevant level.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England or UAE Ministry of Education curricula.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
• Experience in developing and delivering CPD programmes.
• Fluency in additional languages.
