Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for literature and language.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive education.

Preferred

  • Experience with the IB Middle Years Programme or similar curriculum.
  • Experience in pastoral care or student support.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and online teaching platforms.
  • Leadership experience or interest in mentoring new teachers.
