Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Social Sciences.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes in teaching and learning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching Psychology, Sociology, and RE.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
  • Experience working in a MAT or collaborative network.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
