Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English instruction using inquiry-based and student-centered approaches.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the IB curriculum.

• Support the social, emotional, and academic growth of students through personalized instruction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent, along with a degree in English or a related field.
• Valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, BEd, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in teaching English at the primary or secondary level.
• Strong understanding of the IB curriculum and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience teaching in an international or IB school setting.
• Familiarity with differentiated instruction and inclusive education practices.
• Experience with digital tools and online learning platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
