Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English lessons to students across Key Stage 3, I/GCSE, and potentially A Level and IB.
• Develop and implement engaging, innovative lesson plans that align with global educational standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
• Support students in developing critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum of a B.Ed. or a B.A. with a PGCE in English, along with QTS.
• Proven experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and I/GCSE levels.
• Strong commitment to student development and academic excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and take on leadership responsibilities.

Preferred

• Experience teaching at A Level and/or IB.
• Familiarity with Positive Education (PosEd) principles and practices.
• Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology integration.
• Strong background in extracurricular activities and student engagement.
