Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement effective assessment strategies to measure student progress and achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelors degree in English or a related field, with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience in a reputable school.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve outstanding student outcomes.
- Proficient/advanced-level English language skills.
- Experience in IB or GCSE English/Humanities.
Preferred
- Experience with the IB programme.
- Knowledge of assessment strategies and their application in the classroom.
- Inter-cultural awareness and the ability to engage effectively with students and parents.
- A passion for developing student potential and fostering a love of learning.
