Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelors degree in English or a related field, with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of teaching experience in a reputable school.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve outstanding student outcomes.
  • Proficient/advanced-level English language skills.
  • Experience in IB or GCSE English/Humanities.

Preferred

  • Experience with the IB programme.
  • Knowledge of assessment strategies and their application in the classroom.
  • Inter-cultural awareness and the ability to engage effectively with students and parents.
  • A passion for developing student potential and fostering a love of learning.
