Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience working with students of all abilities and backgrounds.

Preferred

  • Experience with teaching students of high ability.
  • Involvement in extra-curricular activities such as drama, debating, or literature societies.
  • Experience with ECT (Early Career Teacher) development or mentoring.
  • Familiarity with inclusive education and social mobility initiatives.
  • Passion for promoting reading and writing across the curriculum.
