Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
- Experience of working with students across a range of abilities and backgrounds.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience of teaching in a school with a high academic standard and Ofsted Outstanding rating.
- Experience of working within a supportive and collaborative teaching environment.
- Experience of leading or contributing to curriculum development.
- Experience of working with diverse student populations and promoting inclusion.
