Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
- Proven experience in teaching English at a similar level.
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student well-being and inclusive education.
Preferred
- Experience working with students with a range of additional needs.
- Familiarity with alternative provision settings.
- Experience in developing and delivering personalised learning plans.
