Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Humanities or a related subject.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered learning.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support the school’s values and mission.
- Experience working with students aged 4-19, including those with complex needs.
Preferred
- Experience in Alternative Provision or special educational needs settings.
- Familiarity with curriculum design and assessment strategies.
- Passion for outdoor education or environmental learning.
- Experience with leadership or mentoring programs in education.
