Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging Humanities lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners.

  • Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Humanities or a related subject.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered learning.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and support the school’s values and mission.
  • Experience working with students aged 4-19, including those with complex needs.

Preferred

  • Experience in Alternative Provision or special educational needs settings.
  • Familiarity with curriculum design and assessment strategies.
  • Passion for outdoor education or environmental learning.
  • Experience with leadership or mentoring programs in education.
