Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, stimulating, and challenging English lessons for students aged 11-16.

- Support student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and targeted interventions.
- Promote creativity and critical thinking in English education, with a focus on preparing students for their future.

- Participate in professional development and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the English department.
- Maintain a visually engaging and inspiring classroom environment, using available technology effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in English.
- Experience in teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4 (11-16).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
- Experience with early career teachers or NQTs.
- Experience in curriculum design and innovation.
- Familiarity with the UNICEF Rights Respecting Schools framework.
- Experience with creative and cross-curricular teaching approaches.
- A passion for promoting creativity and student engagement in English education.
