Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
- Commitment to student-centred learning and inclusive education.
- Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
- Experience in working within a school or multi-academy trust environment.
Preferred
- Experience in leading reading and literacy initiatives.
- Familiarity with current educational trends and best practices in English teaching.
- Experience in delivering CPD or mentoring other teachers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for lifelong learning and professional development.
