Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with QTS or willingness to train and obtain QTS.
- Experience teaching English at secondary level.
- Commitment to a mastery-based approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching both GCSE and A Level English.
- Familiarity with high-achieving academic environments.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
