Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with QTS or willingness to train and obtain QTS.
  • Experience teaching English at secondary level.
  • Commitment to a mastery-based approach to teaching and learning.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students.

Preferred

  • Experience with teaching both GCSE and A Level English.
  • Familiarity with high-achieving academic environments.
  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
