Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- A strong commitment to student achievement and personal development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching A Level English.
- Experience with inclusion and differentiated instruction.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
- Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
- Experience in pastoral care or student support.
