Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of the curriculum, including leadership opportunities such as Key Stage 3 Coordinator.
- Participate in staff development and training initiatives to enhance professional growth.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for all students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience in teaching Maths.
- Experience teaching up to A-Level, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
- Commitment to high academic standards and inclusive education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience in mentoring or leading a department.
- Experience with curriculum development or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving excellent student outcomes.
- Familiarity with the use of digital tools in teaching and learning.
