Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a classroom practitioner in English.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to raising standards in teaching and learning.
  • Ability to model excellent teaching practice.
  • Experience in curriculum design and pedagogy.
  • Passion for English and a commitment to educational excellence.

Preferred

  • Experience in coaching or mentoring colleagues.
  • Background in a Multi-Academy Trust or similar educational setting.
  • Familiarity with digital and creative learning environments.
  • Experience with innovative teaching methodologies.
