Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant qualification such as an NVQ in Teaching Assistant or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of child development and learning support strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage classroom behavior.
  • Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of literacy, numeracy, and science teaching methods.
  • Experience with supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Familiarity with teaching assistant training programs.
