Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and student-led English lessons at both GCSE and A Level.
• Plan and implement a curriculum that meets the standards of the British education system.
• Use technology effectively to enhance the learning experience of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support departmental goals and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of extracurricular activities that enrich student life.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Undergraduate degree in English Literature or Language.
• PGCE in Secondary English.
• Experience teaching in a British school or British Curriculum school.
• Experience with AQA, Edexcel, or equivalent exam boards.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding teaching practice or potential to become outstanding.
• Strong planning and classroom delivery skills.
• Passion for English and a commitment to inspiring student learning.
