As a Secondary Physics Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality A-Level Physics education. You will inspire students, foster a passion for science, and contribute to a school that values academic excellence and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective A-Level Physics lessons that align with the National Curriculum.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular learning and professional development.
• Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and the school community.
• Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and enrichment programs that enhance student engagement and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A certified teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.ED, or equivalent) and subject-specific qualification in Physics.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience teaching A-Level Physics.
• Strong IT and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding standards of teaching and learning.

Preferred

• Experience with international curricula or teaching in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and learning innovation initiatives.
• Experience with enrichment programs or extracurricular activities.
