The Opportunity:

As an Enrichment Officer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering programs that support student development and promote gender equality across the school. You will engage students in meaningful dialogues, organize impactful events, and work closely with key stakeholders to enhance the school’s public profile and student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver programs that support student development and promote gender equality.
  • Organize and manage events such as Women’s Conferences and scholarship programs with external partners.
  • Facilitate discussions and campaigns with students on gender equality and related issues.
  • Support students in challenging stereotypes and promoting equality within the school.
  • Collaborate with the Enriched Learning Co-ordinator to develop the ‘Pupil Pledge’ and map student progression.
  • Work with the Enriched Learning Co-ordinator to audit opportunities against the formal curriculum.
  • Contribute to the school’s public face and connect with the CEO’s Executive Office.
  • Engage with external organizations and partners to enhance student opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in education, youth development, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and event management skills.
  • Experience in promoting gender equality and student engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and external partners.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing large-scale events or conferences.
  • Background in student leadership or personal development programs.
  • Familiarity with initiatives such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award or arts education programs.
  • Knowledge of scholarship programs and international partnerships.
