The Opportunity:

As a Marketing and Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in promoting the school and managing the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating engaging digital content and managing a variety of recruitment events that attract and engage potential students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create digital content for social media platforms and the school’s website.
• Develop and execute multi-media campaigns to raise awareness of the school.
• Plan and deliver an exciting recruitment events programme that ensures a high level of participant satisfaction.
• Administer and manage the school’s admissions process, acting as the main point of contact for applicants.
• Train and support staff in the use of Applicaa to ensure a smooth and user-friendly application, interview, and enrolment process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in marketing and recruitment within an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent organisational and event management skills.
• Experience in managing admissions and student recruitment processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Preferred

• Experience with Applicaa or similar applicant management software.
• Background in working with industry or university partners.
• Strong understanding of vocational and technical education.
• Experience in creating and delivering engaging multimedia content.
