Inclusion Manager role at a Catholic Grammar School for girls. Support vulnerable and additional needs pupils.

The Opportunity:

As an Inclusion Manager, you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable and additional needs pupils, helping them achieve their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking and inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to pupils who are vulnerable and/or have additional needs.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure pupils receive the best possible support.
  • Work closely with staff, parents, and other agencies to share good practice and provide professional guidance.
  • Monitor and raise the attainment of pupils with additional needs.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of SEND diagnoses and accommodations.
  • Utilize ICT for teaching and learning to support pupils effectively.
  • Contribute to the school's ethos and culture, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for all.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in supporting vulnerable and additional needs pupils.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive education.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Up to date knowledge of SEND diagnoses and accommodations.
  • Proficiency in using ICT for teaching and learning.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of Catholic ethos and values.
  • Experience in working with external agencies.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of inclusive policies and practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range (£33,143 – £35,412) pro rata.
  • Term time only (39 weeks), 36 hours per week.
