The Opportunity:
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and smooth operation of examinations within the school. The role involves working during the main external examination period and throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and fair administration of internal and external examinations.
- Monitor and enforce examination rules and regulations with professionalism and consistency.
- Maintain a calm, focused, and respectful environment for students during exams.
- Report any incidents or irregularities immediately to the appropriate staff.
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of examination materials and venues.
- Support the invigilation team in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students, teachers, and other staff members.
- Adhere to all safeguarding and security protocols during examination periods.
