The Opportunity:

We are seeking dedicated Exam Invigilators to support internal and external examinations. This role offers flexibility with varying hours, ideal for those seeking part-time work during key examination periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare examination rooms to ensure they are ready for students and in line with exam guidelines.
• Supervise students during examinations to maintain a fair and secure environment.
• Ensure compliance with examination rules and procedures throughout the session.
• Assist with the distribution and collection of examination materials.
• Monitor student behavior and report any issues to the appropriate authority.
• Maintain accurate records of examination sessions and any incidents.
• Support students who require additional time or accommodations during exams.
• Communicate clearly with students and staff to ensure smooth examination processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work during key examination periods (May to June, November to December).
• Willingness to attend training sessions before starting the role.
• Availability for both morning and afternoon examination sessions.

Preferred

• Previous experience in exam invigilation or similar roles.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of examination procedures and regulations.
