Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth and secure administration of all examinations in line with school and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor and supervise students during exams to maintain integrity and prevent misconduct.
  • Maintain accurate records of examination procedures and report any incidents promptly.
  • Support the examination team in the preparation and distribution of exam materials.
  • Assist in the collection and storage of completed exam papers in a timely and secure manner.
  • Communicate clearly with students, staff, and external examiners as required.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols during exam periods.
  • Provide a calm and professional presence to support students during high-pressure assessments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in an exam invigilation role or similar position.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work during exam periods, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of exam regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with online or digital examinations.
  • First aid or emergency response training.
