Executive Headteacher sought to lead and improve two primary schools within Anthem.

The Opportunity:

As an Executive Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership across two primary schools, driving school improvement and ensuring high-quality education for all students. This is a key role for a visionary leader who can inspire and support school teams while aligning with Anthem’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across two primary schools, ensuring consistent educational standards and school improvement.
  • Nurture and guide Heads of School, empowering them to lead with confidence and align with Anthem’s vision and values.
  • Strengthen collaboration between schools, building leadership capacity and professional development opportunities.
  • Implement targeted interventions to drive rapid and sustainable improvement in teaching and learning.
  • Ensure a strong focus on student outcomes, staff development, and school culture.
  • Work closely with the multi-academy trust to uphold high standards of education and leadership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence across both schools.
  • Represent the schools at a local and national level, building partnerships and promoting the trust’s mission.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in senior leadership within primary education.
  • Strong track record in school improvement and leadership development.
  • Deep understanding of educational strategy, curriculum design, and school management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational structure.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading and managing multiple schools simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes and staff performance.
  • Strong knowledge of educational policy and current trends in primary education.
  • Experience with professional development and leadership training programs.
