Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of school operations, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement a vision for the school that aligns with the Trust’s mission and values.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee curriculum design and delivery, ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
- Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the local community.
- Monitor and report on student progress and attainment across all year groups.
- Support the development of school leaders and teachers through coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure the school maintains a safe and inclusive environment for all students and staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Head with a track record of successful leadership.
- Strong knowledge of primary education and curriculum development.
- Commitment to inclusive and quality-first teaching practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a large team effectively.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational partnership.
- Familiarity with school improvement initiatives and teaching school hubs.
- Experience with phonics programmes such as Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised.
- Demonstrable success in driving up standards and achieving high Ofsted ratings.
