Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience as a senior leader in a primary school setting.
• Strong track record in improving educational outcomes and school performance.
• In-depth knowledge of primary education and curriculum development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and drive organisational change.

Preferred
