Key Responsibilities:

• Support students individually or in small groups to enhance learning outcomes
• Assist teachers with learning activities, interventions, and classroom tasks
• Encourage positive student behaviour and active engagement in lessons
• Support student wellbeing and promote inclusion across the school
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to student learning
• Provide assistance in planning and delivering targeted learning support strategies
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming school environment for all students
• Assist with administrative tasks related to student support and progress tracking

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A genuine interest in working with young people and a commitment to their learning and wellbeing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities

Preferred

• Previous experience in education or working with children
• Experience in a school or learning support setting

• Experience with behaviour management techniques
